Order processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. We’ll do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
Shipping destinations
We ship orders worldwide.
Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and destination. Estimated delivery information is shown at checkout where available.
Delivery time begins after your order has finished processing and has been handed to the shipping carrier. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Shipping confirmation and tracking
When your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority. They are not included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated at checkout.
Customs processing may also cause delivery delays that are outside our control.
Address changes

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Returns
